Community Outreach

Service to the community is an essential part of preparing students to be responsible, open minded, high principled citizens of the world. . DIS Edge community outreach service, enables the children to get first-hand exposure to realize just how much their work can impact the world. Our children walk through various round the year activities and learn to balance the sustainable needs and extend service to the society. The spectrum of internships, awareness drives, support programs, donation deeds, training given by the students to the underprivileged and many more programs in the annual calendar are targeted to sensitize the young ones to the diverse needs of the society and develop in them the sense of responsibility, compassion, sustainable mindset, AND values pertaining to national and global citizenship.

The school holds a regular synergistic relationship with the NGOs and OLD AGE HOMES in the neighborhood, extends facilities and support to neighborhood schools which are not well equipped , Have diverse programs for the nearby villages and have adopted local parks/ common areas for facelift and regular maintenance. The philanthropic tentacles are stretched out to all possible directions and our DISHONs are ever enthusiastic to hold the banners high for the social programs undertaken by various govt and non govt organizations.
