Van Mahotsav is a week-long celebration observed to spread awareness about the importance of greenery around us and undertake activities that promote healthy surroundings. Teaching children about plants is a great way to help them learn about healthy living and the benefits the plants have to offer. Today our little explorers of Kilkari Wing visited the school ground to get a better understanding of nature.
Teaching addition is always fun for kids. Addition helps them master the relationships between numbers and understand how quantities relate to one another. Teachers conducted an activity âFun with Additionâ for the students of Kilkari Wing. This activity was done with clay dough and toothpicks. Our curious students learnt to count, pick and add through this activity.
As kids get older, playing âPassing the Parcelâ will continue to develop their motor skills and hand eye coordination as well as test their ability to think on their feet. A Talent Show was organized for the students of Class I to groom the overall personality of our students. Special efforts were made to enhance the talent of those students who have a natural flair for the art of singing, dancing, hula hooping, modeling, acting, standup comedy, and other activities to bring out their hidden talent. These events not only nurture the intrinsic qualities of students but also remove stage fear in them.
